Mr. Dudley serves as the director of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Lathrop. He is responsible for managing over 300 civilian and 28 military personnel, and over 12,000 contracts valued at 62.5 billion dollars. His area of operation includes locations in Sacramento and Seattle, and involves more than 1,200 contractors located in six western states. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, strategic management, and organizational improvement, including positions with the DCMA, the U.S. Central Command, and the U.S. Army.

Mr. Greer is a finance manager with experience at Intel, Deloitte Consulting, and Hewlett Packard. He is a 2012 alumni of the Leadership Sacramento program, and has served on the board of directors for many organizations, including the California Black Health Network, the Greater Sacramento Urban League, and the Jon Drummond Achievement Foundation. In his free time, he can be found playing golf and organizing golf tournaments.

Mr. Grey, a veteran of the United States Army, served as a logistics transportation/supply specialist. He studied at Michigan State University before transferring to California State University, Sacramento to obtain a bachelor's degree. He has worked in the retail sector for 20 years, as a warehouse supervisor with the Target Corporation, and currently with Cardinal Health ensuring that hospitals and homecare patients receive supplies timely.

Mr. Havener grew up just north of Red Bluff, California. After attending Red Bluff High School, Mark attended California State University, Chico. While attending Chico State, he was inducted into the Kappa Psi chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated in the spring of 1990. He graduated in 1991, and would later return to earn a MBA in 1995. After his graduate work was completed, Mark worked for a couple tech firms before joining Hewlett Packard in 1999, the same year he married his wife, Courtney. The couple have one daughter, Mariah.

Mr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience as a government employee for Butte and Yuba Counties, the California Department of Social Services, and as an adjunct lecturer of graduate-level courses at California State University, Sacramento. He has served in a leadership capacity for numerous civic, educational and community-based organizations in the greater Sacramento region, including the National Association of Black Social Workers, Sacramento County's Public Health Advisory Board, and the Alta California Regional Center.

Mr. Smith is a recent graduate and current graduate school student within the Communication Studies department at Sacramento State. As the Business Enterprise lead, he manages business and corporate partnerships. Additionally, by leveraging his background with trademarks and licensing as well his extensive relationships with vendors, He helps to identify and secure new 
revenue potential consistent with the division’s mission, values, and strategic goals.

Mr. Winrow has over 18 years of experience in the IT field, having held a multitude of technical, supervisory, and managerial positions. He is currently a Client Support Service Manager with Diamond Foods, a snack food and culinary nut company. His areas of responsibility are over the desk staff and desktop support technicians located at sites throughout the state and country. Despite a busy schedule, he dedicates time to community service; he finds it rewarding to foster characteristics, like responsibility, integrity, teamwork and commitment.
