Mr. Dudley serves as the director of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Lathrop. His area of operation includes locations in Sacramento and Seattle, and involves more than 1,200 contractors located in six western states. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, strategic management, and organizational improvement, including positions with the DCMA, the U.S. Central Command, and the U.S. Army. |

Mr. Havener grew up just north of Red Bluff, California. After attending Red Bluff High School, Mark attended California State University, Chico. While attending Chico State, he was inducted into the Kappa Psi chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated in the spring of 1990. He graduated in 1991, and would later return to earn a MBA in 1995. After his graduate work was completed, Mark worked for a couple tech firms before joining Hewlett Packard in 1999, the same year he married his wife, Courtney. The couple have one daughter, Mariah. |
